Aeroporto di Roma, a city of two names for one airport
Aeroporto di Roma, a city of two names for one airport In Europe, the hub-and-spoke mode of operation is even more history in the United States, arising from the past, the existing regulatory framework and the political and geographical conditions, not as a separate market will be. Every nation has its own flag, with a privileged position and throughout the national market and, often, a big govement stake. In most cases, the flag was for a considerable amount of subsidies or direct financial support from the state. The airport of Rome, the capacity constraints and the slot allocation regimes with the procedures currently in force in Europe, the most important barriers to market access and, consequently, for competition and economic efficiency. However, the Eteal City in 1961 decided on the name of Fiumicino (which means "little river channel - because the airport is situated at the end of the Tiber) the name of Leonardo da Vinci, in memory of the brilliant genius mind that Italy has ever had. Leonardo da Vinci, the airports operator, Airports of Rome, is a lot of money in expanding and upgrading terminal facilities to meet the needs of the growing number of traffic, and shaking the airport rather modest reputation. There are three of these terminals, Terminal C, is equipped with a satellite. The beautiful new Terminal A for domestic flights and replace spartan fuishings. Terminal B, an airy and light, has a dual function of a number of inteational and domestic services. Terminal C is located near the main inteational flights and is equipped with satellite-C, mini-terminal in its own right, with a full range of shopping, restaurants and other services. Inteational passengers will find the satellite a vast improvement compared to the old days, when the only way to the aircraft steps on many flights to a bus. Despite all the money for the satellite, but the risk is not completely removed. Three of the 14 targets are still at the beginning of a bus to a parked aircraft. How did it happen? The satellite is connected to terminal C of the "Skybridge" automated shuttle, the first of its kind in Italy, and there are plans to expand the service for the rest of the airport. This is good news for those who have trampede the endless corridors - the walkways are just some of the aid - the connection terminals. New area of shops and restaurants in Terminal B, like plans to refine the image and quality of the main airport of Rome gathers pace.

Warren County New Jersey in the metropolitan area of New York s historical treasure to be discovered
Warren County New Jersey in the metropolitan area of New York s historical treasure to be discovered When people head for New York and the surrounding environment in search of a weekend moves, always at the weste end of Connecticut, the Hudson River Valley, the Catskill and the areas of New York, Jersey Shore and the Hamptons . As the places where New York, the tradition of the holiday, purchases of second homes, Celebrity Watch, and more, and 'understandable that these premises are at the top of the list. But what is a place closer to Manhattan, as one of the hot spots mentioned above provides almost everything we find endearing about our goals for the second choice, and Vacation Rentals? villages and historic towns, amazing scenery, outdoor activities, farms, farm markets, artists, country restaurants? but can not be? t the buzz or the name recognition, at least not yet. This is an area in the metropolitan region of New York which is still ignored by the masses. If residents are already starting Friday evening dinner in their farms in stone, and Weekenders are stuck in traffic on the way to Litchfield, or Rhinebeck, or East Hampton. Even countries like the next Bucks and Pike counties in Pennsylvania and Sullivan County, New York more pressing. Now let me give you the previously depressed backlog is beautiful and convenient countryside of Warren County, New Jersey. It 'interesting that surrounds Warren counties, which consistently rank among the richest in America: Hunterdon, Somerset and Morris. These neighborhoods are full of investors, a well-educated workforce, an abundance of so-called McMansions, and some 'of disposable income. And to be sure, some of Warren? S border town on the developments and the transplantation of these increasingly inaccessible neighborhoods. But in most cases, it is the locals who know to check, or to visit or live in Warren County and even then, the weste and northe rural areas and much still intact. For most of its history, Warren County is a mystery to those who have never seen, or a place to avoid those that are already its largest city, Phillipsburg - a poor city, the industry was in difficult times. A pleasant surprise, four years ago, my partner Mark and the village in southe Warren County Finesville purely coincidental. Living in suburban Morristown New Jersey, we were buying a second home in the village, and saw a house in Bucks County Pennsylvania real estate on a Web site that interests us. Again for a weekend ride, we decided to find. With map in hand, we have what seemed a direct route to upper Bucks County and you will find us on the Musconetcong River, Warren County along? S southe border, past a collection of some fifty small but beautiful 18th and 19 century, stone and clapboard building, known as Finesville, just before we have in Pennsylvania. Although Warren County barely on my radar screen as a real estate agency, specializing in historic homes and neighborhoods - ---, I was surprised that there was a village of this size and quality in northe New Jersey, of which I was not aware of. Even more surprising, Mark grew up in easte Warren County, and we had an auction, just three kilometers from Finesville so I had some 'knowledge of the territory. With its roots in the mid-18th Century Finesville began as a collection of taveas, shops and a mill on the river from Belle Musconetcong Siegel and families in Germany. The village was relatively prosperous for most of its history, but in the course of the twentieth century. Today, the premises and has regained many of its buildings and, what is seen as a sign of his increasingly sophisticated type, two vineyards, a winery, an antique store and a shop alpaca farm in the village. Some of the restorations were so impressive that two houses were recently Finesville national home and garden magazines. Over time we discovered a stone c.1825 Georgian colonial has been for sale in the country. The exterior was in some ruins, the plaster was cracked and peeling, the original and the doors were gone. But the setting for this unusual and unspoilt village was beautiful and the price of $ 135,000, was irresistible. Once inside, we realized it was our dream house in the village. The interior was almost completely intact, with a walk in fireplace, cupboard stairs, beams, wide board floors and original Windows? A jewel box of a house that just needs sprucing. And so we have this house and restored and received the Warren County Historic Preservation Award for our efforts. Even better, because the Warren County? S proximity to work, we have in house Morristown primary and across the country on a permanent basis. The villages and countryside Warren County is full of hidden and beautiful villages and cities as Finesville and arriving, some of them have tried to us to consider moving again. As evidence of the Warren County? S less than stellar reputation, the sign welcoming visitors at its headquarters describes Victorian Belvidere as? New Jersey? S best kept secret?. Belvidere is a sleepy village off and set the path for a new England-style Village Green. Every year in September the city celebrates the Victorian days, where the architecture of the 19th Century spread through the streets that the lines and forms the basis for the city? Small business district. Most large houses have been restored and is a great sense of pride for this small community. The privileged location on the Delaware River and Pequest makes a good base for outdoor activities. Northe Warren County offers a scene that compete with the best in New England. Hope is a traffic light intersection in the city, founded in the 18th Century by a group of Moravia, which has left an impressive collection of stone houses and now restored to businesses and residences. One of them is a former gristmill in a hotel and conference center. Stone and clapboard houses, surrounded by cows and sheep develop a landscape reminiscent of the Litchfield Hills. With little commercial development in the hope that the pace is slow, but determined that only increases their attractiveness. North of Hope, slightly larger village of Blairstown, recently restored with its collection of shops and restaurants, which are currently under examination of the National Register of Historic Places. Main Street is bookended by a prestigious preparatory school and the city? S venerable feed store. This is a village on foot, for good now? I walk with weekend guests and lots of shops and quiet streets. Just west of Hope and Blairstown, outdoor activities are there in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, the Appalachian Trail, Millbrook, a village of 19. Century, and Pietro Valle, an artists' colony, which offers regular exhibitions and shows. At the easte edge of Warren, Hackettstown yet 19. Century feel with impressive colorful Victorian houses, antique shops along Main Street and Centenary College in their midst. Phillipsburg? An industrial city Rebo as beautiful Warren County? S country, is the city that he initially tried to avoid that has captured our imagination, and finally tear us away from Finesville. The Circle? The largest city is a small, former industrial city and transport hub on the Delaware River, which has been neglected. Think of Hoboken in New Jersey and New York before the Hudson gentrification. Fortunately, that neglect, as in most of Warren County, is much of its history and in the last 20 years, manufacturers have been peeling aluminum trailing trains of old architecture breathtaking. The city promotes the enhancement and development of businesses - businesses in Phillipsburg office only 3% sales tax, with some of that money for revitalization projects. Progress has been slow, but now there are many restaurants, restored high in the center, and numerous antique shops and specialty stores. Travel by train along the Delaware River and the beginning of the center are very popular in summer as well as Halloween and the winter holidays. On Thanksgiving, Phillipsburg High School plays its rival Easton Pennsylvania in their annual football. P? Castle, like the locals, it is extremely convenient, as do Routes 78 and 22, just outside the city, as well as the express bus to Manhattan, which stops at the Phillipsburg Mall. There are several plans Phillipsburg, including rehabilitation of water used in a residential area, with construction set to begin in 2006, and the reuse of an industrial park in a new shopping center. It is said that there is a bed and breakfast is planned to take in a tave near the historic stone bridge over the Delaware River. Phillipsburg is the site for the New Jersey Transportation Heritage Museum. Unfortunately, legislation to secure the funding to do, has not yet happened, and it seems unlikely. However, the city is committed to building a museum, and plans are already in preparation. Just across the river, offers restaurants Easton Pennsylvania, the Crayola Factory museum, a very popular store (a branch of pop hopes in Warren County), a thriving artist community, the State Theater and the historic neighborhood of College Hill. Even more exciting, there are several luxury condominium developments currently under construction or planned in the historic Easton existing properties, such as former Easton Hotel, full of people near the center of Phillipsburg. Phillipsburg has great bones and incredible architecture. South Main Street, near the Delaware River Bridge is mostly restored and ready for next spring cold or South Norwalk or New Paltz. And the prices are still relatively cheap. Some years ago we purchased two historic buildings in Phillipsburg? S Main Street: A fire department in 1887 for $ 60,000 and 19 century, Georgian-style colonial for $ 90,000. As the city continues to revive, we are on a move to the colonial period, as our permanent home, so we can wake up Saturday moing and go to our favorite breakfast place on the streets. Although we? Ll probably Finesville as our house in the country.

Italy Milan and Pisa
Italy Milan and Pisa When you visit in Italy, it seems every destination has enough historical sites to keep you busy for a month. Oddly, Milan and Pisa, non? Do not fall into this category. Milan Milan is a thoroughly mode city and I hazard to guess a wealthy one. This is not really the place for a budget traveler, but then again budget travelers seem to survive anywhere. Milan is a great city to walk around a. You can see a lot of interesting little shops and neighborhoods, but ISN? T? Monument? to find in most Italian cities. Don? Do not worry, everything done to the Cathedral. In a city with a very mode, an old structure dominates. If you are interested in the churches, you must visit Milan. El? Dome? is simply stunning in appearance. From the outside, it's needles and Gothic frescoes. No? I do not know why, but the place is just radiates intensity and power. The inteal structure of the world itself. Marble is everywhere and you can? No help, but we are with your mouth open. I hate to say this, but Milan can be a little 'boring once? You have had your fill of the Cathedral. The lively nightlife can be, but there is a dress that is to see the place. About Hasna Pisa? Not heard of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. When you visit, is in fact the tower is tilted. Unfortunately, there is not much. The tower is impressive as are the buildings immediately surrounding it. However, the rest of Pisa is more interested in pursuing things. A nice place to visit, but not? Do not plan on spending more than a day or two. There is nothing inherently wrong with Milan or Pisa, if you know what to expect. If you? Waiting to retu to destinations such as Rome, you? Ll be disappointed.
Italy Venice The Lady Bird
Italy Venice The Lady Bird Venice is an old and a little 'eccentric city in Italy. Built long ago in the swamps, I was surprised to find myself my first night on the town with spending the bird lady. Rooms for Rent in common with many cities in Europe, you can rent a room in a private home in the station. The advantage of renting a room is to live with a family and costs tend to be far cheaper than a hotel room. If you? Fortunately, the family will have a taste for you and haul you around to see? Real? city where I had just arrived in Venice by train from Paris. It was late, I was tired and not want to be picky about lodging. As I walked up to the counter to rent a room, I had two priorities: the dream and a shower. The old lady on the desk, I smiled and tued to business. It seems to Venice around midnight, in mid-August was? Ta intelligent. I said almost everything is sold, but two rooms still open. The first was 45 minutes from the city, while the second was just off the Piazza San Marco, the square can be seen in any film. Book Room of San Marco, a map and went outside. As it was late and I was tired, it never occurred to me to ask why a room near the Piazza San Marco is open all the rest, when it was taken. As I walked through the narrow streets of Venice, I was too tired to really care. Following the map, I walked the streets and started toward the glass shop at the other end. A stroll through the picturesque square of another was a murderess in my head like a mini orchestra night staff. Arriving at the end, I found the little alley shown on the map and went through the most tortuous. Finally, I found the door and gave him a blow. Like a bad Monty Python movie, see a little 'slot to open the eyes watching me and my bag, opened the door and literally threw me inside. Before I was a little 'older lady with wild hair. At this point, I began to understand why the room was available. It appears that it is wrong, how? Michelle? proved to be very safe and fun. Michelle gave me a perspective on the house and its ground rules. She entered into a long diatribe about how to keep the doors closed because of something that does not? I do not know the word in English. I fell asleep, and through the gate that allows the house itself. Inside the door, the house was a new atmosphere. Michelle has been a big fan of birds. She had little yellow bird, red bird, black bird, and I swear some hummingbirds. None of them were in cages. I had reserved a room in an informal Bird! Fortunately, my room had been tested by birds maintain the door closed. As I lay in bed, but I could hear chirping and flapping their wings, like the other guests flew around the room. Over the next two days, I never used to open the door and see the birds perched and flogging or watching me. I suspect that this is Alfred Hitchcock harvest some of their ideas. As far as I know, Michelle is still in Venice and the renting of rooms. If you? Are you a lover of birds, just ask the hotel to the birds of the railway station in Venice.
Eden Rocks Dive in Grand Cayman
Eden Rocks Dive in Grand Cayman If we have a cruise of the weste Caribbean, Grand Cayman, which it regards as a port. We were able to draft one of the diving there. There are actually two dives off the center of Georgetown, we have recommended. For cruiseship passengers, it is quite easy to identify. Once the race boats on the pier, we were on the right side and less than 5 minutes, we arrived at Eden Rocks Dive Center. Do not be fooled by a new competitor, who just before it. Eden Rocks Dive Center is closer to the dive sites that their new competitors. Cayman Islands are relatively expensive for diving, with an average of $ 85 U.S. for a period of two tanks boat dive trip. However, with little time, as with cruiseship passengers, we were able to dive for a lot less dignified. If your equipment, all with the exception of tanks and weights, it can be for about U.S. $ 10. Including full equipment rental is much less than a boat ride. Eden Rocks has a terrace deposits on the back and a room with a ladder to enter the water. The two dive sites are Eden Rocks and Devil's Grotto. They have a quick bath in some different direction buoys pages. We finally Grotta del Diavolo, some beautiful coral formations. The maximum depth is about 46 meters with a temperature of about 80 degrees. The view was even better than what we are in Key Largo a few days before. It 'been a great swim through the tunnel and several small throughout the site. Inside the main gallery, we saw a large resident Tarpon. The fish, including parrot fish, groupers and Tangs was sound immersion in this land and it is interesting to note that there is also so close to the cruise ships. Other divers said they also saw some turtles. We want to make the other side of the site for diving, Eden Rocks, the right of the Devil's Cave at the next time we are in Grand Cayman. These areas are ideal for beginner divers. My partner was a new diving certificate and had no problems with this country immersion.

Xcaret Mexico Back to Earth or maybe not
Xcaret Mexico Back to Earth or maybe not Xcaret is approximately 45 minutes south of Cancun, Mexico. The park is advertised as an ecological and archaeological Disneyland. Although there is a retu to nature to feel a place is expensive and more crowded, with a slight harmonic marketing. Xcaret strengths? Esh? Car .. com ", Xcaret is a popular tourist destination, perhaps the largest in Mexico. At first glance, the overall impression is very impressive. The park contains beaches, snorkeling areas, hiking areas, horseback riding, botanical gardens, dolphins in captivity, and so forth. The park is essentially a jungle and beach games for adults and children. Unlike Disneyland, you must see in Xcaret is the Mayan game recovery. In a game of basketball? Maya? Park staff is Pok-Ta-Pok for visitors. For some reason, the park staff can not take the game to its historic conclusion implies that the losers of being killed. So much for authenticity! My first biggest commercial Xcaret is like Disneyland. First, is it possible? T walk five feet of Cancun without a collage of a brochure in hand. Once in the cave and go to the park, you can expect to pay $ 40 to get a. After that, the continued provision of courses. You can expect to pay for almost everything. Want to go snorkeling? The beaches of San Diego
The beaches of San Diego San Diego, offers a great destination for those seeking to take a vacation on the beach. Here are some tips on the beaches of San Diego for a room. Beaches in San Diego, when people think of San Diego, which inevitably imagine all year round sunshine and beautiful beaches. Ironically, the worst is the time to visit San Diego in mid-May to mid June. During this period, the coastal low clouds and Brad with Sunday bursting with not more than a couple of hours a day. In fact, the annual call by the name of darkness in June. Assuming you arrive at another time, the beaches of San Diego offers great variety and beauty. There are literally hundreds of beaches can be visited, but a few worthy of note. If you're looking for the beach with the children and the university scene part, Pacific Beach is the place to be. The beach is wide, wild and packaging. A sidewalk runs along the beach to the south and is an ideal place to meet people. If you prefer a drink with people watching, outdoor deck in Lahaina is the place to be. The flow of foam around the clock, but make sure you arrive early, as the bridge is small. For a more relaxed, the beaches of Del Mar offers a choice spot. The beaches are designated by their numbered streets that intersect. If you are looking for surf, 9th Street is the place to be if you're willing to walk along the cliff. If you want only bread, a little 'game of volleyball, and so on, throughout the 19-25 on the street to do the trick. Del Mar is a good place to be the fourth of July from the track on the back of the beach, put on a fireworks display. Note that there will be tons of people. If you prefer that most of the beach for you, you have to look at the beaches to cliffs. People are lazy, so they tend to sit in this area since I have to hoof it up and down the streets to get to the beach. Stone steps in Encinitas is a favorite. The beach is rarely used, is a good place for swimming and one bread. The truth is that we really can not go wrong with the beaches of San Diego, provided they avoid the darkness in the month of June. If you decide to visit, give me a wave. I? M as the man!

Siberia, Russian Federation Khabarovsk section 5 and some 'of Russian
Siberia, Russian Federation Khabarovsk section 5 and some 'of Russian In continuation of this series, we think of San Diego to Chita, Siberia as a professor at the Technical University Chita State. We take the story outside the airport in Khabarovsk, Russia. Khabarovsk Khabarovsk is an amazing city. Museums with works by Picasso, Rembrandt and other masters. A vibrant downtown with cafes, a lively music scene and architectural triumphs. Then again, maybe not. We were more interested in finding a hotel with hot water and never in the city. Outside the airport, we were a little 'seemed flummoxed by the fact no taxis. We have leaed that almost all Russians, with a car is also a taxi for hire. After 5 minutes egging each other, Grae made taxi arrangements and we did. Apparently taking disheveled appearance after 3 days of traveling, our driver in front of the Intourist Hotel. We promptly accepted. During communism, Intourist hotels were set up for the exclusive use by foreigners. We were very pleasant and, most importantly, had showers with ample hot water. You can use it on again humanity with one of the best showers of my life, it was time to brush on my Russian skills. I am a big fan of ice hockey. During the eighties and nineties, many of the best players were Russians. In interviews, almost always talked about leaing English through television. If it worked for them, would be for me. Not exactly. As Grae shower, I reversed the eight channels. Sitcoms a non-starter, but I found a news channel. I see the images. So what are the images. I heard the words spoken by the reporter. I have absolutely no idea of what words what images. Well,? S back. What words they use over and over? Damn, I am talking so fast? After 30 minutes I leaed nothing, nada, zippo. My respect for Russians playing in the NHL has never been higher. You could also sleep. Yes, the day of the trip was finally done. My earlier forecast of a 2-day trip was out of the window. However, we were in Russia, so long as you could? Pull out a map and take a look at the ground. E 'twice as large as the United States - continue? When Stairs Attack?
