Spain Madrid Barcelona and Ibiza
Spain Madrid Barcelona and Ibiza Spain is the land of romance and amazing oddities. From bullfights to Gaudi to party all night in Ibiza, travelers could be easy for a year exploring Spain. Madrid With a population of over three million, Madrid is a great mode city in central Spain. The outskirts of Madrid are very mode and not particularly interesting. Making the city center, however, and you are in treatment. Alleys, hidden squares and odd little shops are the norm. This center is a vibrant public life with terraces literally overwhelmed with the passionate and interesting people in Madrid. During a visit to the city, remember, it is very hot in summer and very cold in winter. Barcelona One of my favorite destinations, Barcelona is a city oozing charm Costal. The town contains all the interesting little Oddities of Spain, with old streets, where the local hobby is people watching. The city is also home of the best of Gaudi architecture in Spain. Gaudi was a genius or a madman, but one can not deny its architecture is unique. I think it would be like a mixture of dripping candles, and the normal architecture. The big attraction is, of course, the Sagrada Familia, but the best examples can only walk through the city. Yes, it is his work throughout the city. The only disadvantage of Barcelona is a tendency for modeization. While modeization is usually good, I think it is a little 'far from the charm of historic Barcelona. If in Ibiza? Search, on the beach all day and night party, Ibiza is the hottest place in Europe. An island off the coast of Spain, Ibiza is the rare tourist, where monstrous tourist don? T dominate. Instead, you? You live in rented rooms, small hotels and hostels in the city of Ibiza. During the day there? S around to enjoy the beach. During the night, the bars and clubs throughout the island are famous all over the world, and does not seem to be really close. Bring lots of aspirin! If you? Re visit to Spain, you can? T really go wrong. If time is short, Madrid, Barcelona and Ibiza are three points to be seen.

London s famous Buildings
London s famous Buildings If you? I have never been to London, or even have been there several times, there are points of interest throughout the city worth a visit. London is not only rich in history, but it offers very famous buildings. Visit during your trip is without doubt a necessity. Perhaps one of the most famous buildings in London is Buckingham Palace. The home of Queen Elizabeth II, who hosted the United Kingdom? S sovereigns since 1837. Since then it has evolved from a simple house, once owned by the Dukes of Buckingham in the 18th century. Other famous London buildings that house? The fees are St. James Place, Clarence House and Kensington Palace. Kensington Palace was started in 1689, when William and Mary bought the building, shortly after his ascension. Is then converted into a royal palace by Sir Christopher Wren. The Tower of London was built for use as a fortress to keep Londoners and hostile enemies that approached the survey on the River Thames. Tel Aviv
Tel Aviv Tel Aviv is, without doubt, one of my favorite cities in the world. This is Tel Aviv that has character and will to live. Everywhere there are always people who in some way and the compassion of the place is contagious, Israelis have come here in millions of colors and the stories are often like the hummus pitta stuffed falafel joints. People who are strong, and rushed Israeli pleasant. Tel Aviv began in 1880 with the closeness of Neve Tsedek, a settlement of Jews from the city of Jaffa (Yafo), which today occurs south of Tel Aviv. Israelis prefer not to have this kind of thing, but because most of the Arabs lived in tents, but not before the retu of the pioneer Zionist. Now, of course, of Tel Aviv is a mode city with universities, railway stations and all the rest and it is something like a half-way between the European Parliament and the Middle East of the city, all educated, but? S refuse all over the world, have the latest technology, but the houses are in ruins, and even if all of sex, drugs and rock n 'roll in a night of living west of the city, is almost nonexistent and crime road is one of the safest places on foot. Best of all, obviously, is to Tel Aviv is a city beach and the water is clean enough to swim in summer. It faces west and is one of the few places in the mode world, where you can see the sunset and every day. Or look at the bodies on the beach, depending on how the head is tued. There is excellent night life with bars and clubs everywhere fresh, underground and coffee parties for the next day. At the same time, in large parts of the city, there is almost a multinational enterprises (Starbucks is not here - he could? T argue against the local coffee) and each of the local shops are independent and distinct. There are markets such as the Caramel Shook, Arabic and an almost "vigorously" and "busy" with respect to the wet dream of a Lonely Planet writer. Tel Aviv is a young population with a very young and beautiful is the only real city in Israel, if you are not in Jerusalem. It 'the most expensive city in the country, because all gravitate here to work and study, whether they like it or not. But it is also a great place to live, as you can walk everywhere and it is also very easy to work with people, at least in summer. The north of the city is the richest with a lot of vegetation. The roads are a little 'noisy and coffee are elegant. Everyone seems to drive a car, and if everyone is still living in apartment buildings of concrete with a plastic cap / curtains on the windows, is a quiet, stress-free feeling. But the best of Tel Aviv, where you can taste and smell of the city in the Dirty South, where there is some debris in the streets and the people who live on a budget. People ride their scooters on the sidewalk, without a thought and antique fuiture is left on the street. In neighborhoods such as slums Florentin see the art and is not far Kerem, where to live and breathe market. A thousand satellites surround the city of Tel Aviv, and are largely lost in the suburban area. Especially when families move, so have their children in peace. It grows hatred and their parents for choosing to live in a boring way and then back to Tel Aviv. Tel Aviv is one of the most mode cities in the world and a mode platform for Israel: abrupt in his face and overall quite refreshing.
Safari in northern Tanzania back to the sixth day of creation
Safari in northe Tanzania back to the sixth day of creation Tanzania's natural endowment as a wildlife safari destination is incomparable. Wild animals roam in vast areas as God intended that the sixth day of creation. These areas are designated as national parks and game reserves and has a reputation for being uncrowded and unspoilt. The magnificent collection of game sanctuaries in the north, near the border with Kenya, is known as The Northe Circuit. This is the most popular and accessible way of wildlife safari in Tanzania. I can not say positively that this is one of the best game viewing areas around the world. The game aside, the spectacular group of ecosystems and habitats is a dazzling experience for many visitors. The stars of the Northe Circuit are the Serengeti and Ngorongoro, very dear to the hearts of lovers of nature. But no less brilliant, and, indeed, are the other two members of the circuit in Arusha, Lake Manyara and Tarangire. As for the fauna, abundance and diversity of wildlife is difficult to imagine. At the top of the stack are highly regarded "Big Five": elephant, buffalo, rhinos, leopards and lions. And then a series of simple wild animals: Wildebeest, zebra, eland, hartebeest, Oryx, reedbuck, giraffe, Thompson gazelle and many more of the same gender. But do not forget the merciless predators: cheetah, wild dogs, jackals, hyenas and vultures. The Northe Circuit is an oithologist paradise, and over 500 species of birds are on record. On safari, you witness the amazing and fascinating dance of life and death, the daily work of this combination of animals. The starting point for safaris in the northe city of Arusha is normal. The city is located near the base of Mount Meru and is in sight of mighty Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in Africa. Arusha, the nearest protected area to see wildlife is Arusha National Park, just 32 km. In this park of 137 square kilometers area, you will see baboon, vervet and Colobus monkeys, duikers, elephant, buffalo, giraffes, hippos, leopards, hyenas, giraffes, zebras and a wide range of antelopes. Over 400 species of birds have been recorded, including Eurasian migrants, who visit between October and April. One of the many attractions of the park is that walking safaris are allowed and may lower the vehicle by a nature walk. Thanks to its proximity to Arusha, the park is very popular for day trips. Wildlife aside, Arusha National Park is a treasure with a rich mosaic of habitats including grassland, montane forest, moorland and alpine desert and lakes of fresh water and soda. Three spectacular features stand out: the Momela Lakes, Mount Meru and Ngurdoto Crater. Mount Meru is 4575 meters and Africa is the fourth highest mountain. However, it is overshadowed by nearby Kilimanjaro, which rises above it by over 1,300 m. E 'regrettable that the snobbish instinct of many climbers makes them to overlook Mount Meru. The mountain can be extended from three to four days, with accommodation in mountain huts. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Inteational Biosphere Reserve, is located in the Great Rift Valley, a monumental fracture of the earth's crust. The area is full of volcanoes, mountains, plains, lakes and forests. It comprises 8288 km ², its main features are the Ngorongoro Crater, the crater Empakai the Oldonyo Lengai Mountain and the archeological site of Olduvai Gorge. Olduvai Gorge is the prehistoric site where Dr. Louis Leakey discovered the remains of Homo habilis ( "Handy man"), considered by scientists to humanity as the first step in human evolution. Remember to watch the remains of our worthy predecessor, whose valiant industry driven by the need, you are making simple stone tools. Unlike national parks, the colorful Maasai people, their livestock and wildlife coexist within the conservation area. The crater of Ngorongoro Caldera is the largest in the world that has its walls intact. The floor of the crater is a drop of 600 meters and covers an area of 260 square kilometers, with a diameter of 19 km. This magnificent natural amphitheater is an extraordinary charm in his own right and is one of the wonders of the natural world. The crater supports a year, the resident population of a variety of wildlife. If there are problems of spotting lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo and many species of plain animals-Wildebeest, giraffe, zebra, reedbuck, Thompson gazelle and many more. The crater is dotted with watering holes and have almost 30,000 wild animals. Ngorongoro is four hours by road from Arusha or one hour by plane. O Lake Manyara and Tarangire or will be on the road for two hours. Lake Manyara National Park spreads between the cliff of the Great Rift Valley and Lake Manyara, a soda lake surface. The park covers 330 square kilometers, 70% of which is occupied by the lake. The variety of groundwater ecosystems are forests, vegetation and acacia forests along the shore and has a wealth of wildlife including the Big Five-lion, elephant, leopard, rhino and buffalo. Other animals to be seen in the park include baboons, impala, giraffe, zebra, Wildebeest, ostrich and hippo. Lake Manyara is famous for tree climbing lions difficult, which sometimes can be seen along the branches of acacia trees. It is also an oithologists' paradise and home to over 400 species of birds. The water birds around the lake are pelicans, spoonbills, Egyptian geese and hammerkops. In addition, migratory flamingoes arrive in hundreds of thousands creating a spectacular view of Lake soda. We arrive at Lake Manyara after driving from Arusha for two hours to fly or just for half an hour. Tarangire National Park and is a half hour drive from Arusha, is very popular for day trips. Tarangire is a park of giant baobab trees, rolling savannah and acacia park. E 'famous for its dense population of wildlife, which is more spectacular in the dry season between June and September. E 'during this period when thousands of animals-Wildebeest, zebra, eland, hartebeest, waterbuck, giraffe, Impala, gerenuk, buffalo and Oryx migrate from dry Maasai steppe to the Tarangire River in search of water. The predators-lion, leopard and others, as is the custom in the savanna follow closely. If lucky, the spot tree-climbing python, and Roane Kudu antelope, a rare experience in the northe safari circuit. Birds are also abundant here and over 550 species have been recorded. Serengeti National Park is Africa's most famous wildlife sanctuary and Tanzania, the largest national park. The park is located 6 hours by road from Arusha or one hour by plane. Situated on a plateau between the Ngorongoro highlands and the Kenya / Tanzania border and almost touches Lake Victoria in the west. Appropriately named "endless plains" of the Maasai people, by offering short and long grass plains, acacia woodland and savannah in parts of north and east. Within its area of 15,000 square kilometers, Serengeti hosts 3 million large mammals. More than 35 species of plain animals-zebra, Wildebeest, eland, giraffe, and others are here. And the big five: elephant, lion, buffalo, rhino and leopard. The park is the staging area for one of the most spectacular events of the natural world, the annual migration of Wildebeest. This beginning in June, when around more than 1 million Wildebeest, giraffe, zebra and gazelle head of the Masai Mara in Kenya, in search of pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna, lion, cheetah, wild dogs, jackals, hyenas and vultures. If you can make money, viewing the migration afloat a balloon is an unforgettable experience. The best time to view game is from December to May, when the grass is short. Avoid the end of June to October, when most animals were evacuated with the migration and is reflected in the adjacent Maasai Mara in Kenya. The great oithologist will have a good time trying to see the 500 species of birds recorded. Camping can be found in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and all the national parks of the northe circuit. The facilities are fairly basic and this budget is that passengers prefer to spend their safari nights. If you can afford a night in luxury safari lodges and tents. In this class of accommodation expect to find all the comforts associated with rated accommodation. See our Tanzania Hotels & Hotels page for information and book accommodation for your safari. And 'generally recommended to take a light package that includes transportation, guide, entrance fees and accommodation. Tourist guides have valuable useful local knowledge of animals and where to find a way to get to where it goes. Check out our great value offers Tanzania Safari with various durations and budgets. But if you know the country well and have a good knowledge of animals, and then rent a self-vehicle is an option. See our Tanzania Car Rental page book self-drive or car with driver. The relatively high altitude in northe Tanzania means that never gets too hot. In fact, the night and early moing can be very cold. You are right to carry a heavy sweater and a jacket o. Expect average temperatures of 15 ° C in May to August and 22 ° C in December to March. The best time is between June and September, but do not bet on seeing the animals in the Serengeti. For a safari covering all the parks of northe Tanzania, from September to March is a good time. But remember that some of the other parks in the area to offer almost all year round game viewing opportunities. April and May can be a difficult time for a safari dong like this is when the weather is at its wet. The safari, clothing and colors that you may have problems with wild animals. If you are wise to pack brown, beige and khaki clothing. Short sleeves, pants and shorts for men are adequate. For ladies, short sleeve blouses, skirts and trousers are ideal. While the northe region is well off the coast of the Muslim-majority areas and ladies do not have to dress too conservatively, modest clothing is always a good idea. Remember to bring a pair of sunglasses to protect you from sometimes harsh tropical glare. Binoculars will be useful to observe the animals.
Siberia, Russia Part 6 When Stairs Attack in the Khabarovsk station
Siberia, Russia Part 6 When Stairs Attack in the Khabarovsk station In this continuing series, which cover my move from San Diego to Chita, Siberia to be a professor at the Technical University Chita State. Take the story goes to the train station in Khabarovsk to catch the Trans-Siberian Railroad. Day 4! If you? I've been reading this series of NomadJoualTrips.com, you know my first trip was estimated 2 days and a half from San Diego to Chita, Russia. Well, it's 4 days and I came by train. This estimate dreadful time is proof of poor math education. I blame the education system in America! I could never understand math hypotheticals? If a train is heading south? X? speed and a cyclist heading north? x? speed, when the policy? When going to meet? Rather,? What the hell is the pilot is going to sound when they meet? What happens to your family, not to mention the nightmares suffered by the driver. I mean, really, who can do the math in these circumstances? Scale? Bad, Bad Scale Intourist Hotel, we are ready for the train tickets to Chita. For us, I mean my friend has all grae. For $ 27? What? had organized a bunk bed and all was well. With a good night's rest, we headed to the hall and outside in? Rain. At the local level has been kind enough to give us a ride to the train station and everything seems good. After a while 'note, extreme facial expressions and so on, we found our train is running on an hour slow. Hunkered and made us a little 'for people to watch. As we sat, I thought my luggage. I had a big backpack on foot and calls me? Mass. The mass was a small duffle bag with wheels on one end of plastic rod and a reduction in the flat or down. In theory, it can be rolled or transported anywhere. Mine was black, wet and weighed about 70 pounds. Before you snicker, consider going to Siberia for a year. What to bring? However, I had a feeling of discomfort, but I could? Do not really understand why. Our time and it was time to head to the track platform. Like many European stations, and in fact had to go down the stairs, through a tunnel and then back up the stairs to get to your platform. This is not the way it works in San Diego. Furthermore, no? N. rain in San Diego. Rain, 70 lbs bag on wheels, plastic bar, the stairs? I think you get the picture. The stairs were packed below deck, as the franchise pulling behind me. You would be proud. I made the first flight without mutilation or any other person who has been slapped. Just as I gave the second flight? It was nudgeth back. Time slowed. The mass struck me in the back of the knee. I fell back to earth. In a transformation beyond my primitive understanding of quantum physics, the franchise has become a high performance sled. I went down. Even in slow motion, could not? Help view, but not the speed of the Russians in the stairwell. Some climbed on a decorative shelf running down the stairs. Sucked in overweight people and suddenly became fine. Miraculously, not a soul was hit on my way down. My destination was uneventful, that is to say there was? Ta strong blow to the wall at the bottom of the staircase. I jumped and tued around to see if anyone was injured. There was total silence. Looking back is facing me. Apparently, the only thing hurt was my ego and skin, which is in tu a darker shade of red. Well, I like to make an impression! I prayed fervently that none of them went to Chita. Everyone started moving again and did not say a word. Unfortunately, the mass was not so accommodating when it comes to taking the stairs at the other end of the tunnel. Next? The Trans-Siberian Railway? How many days in Chita?

A central concept of communism is that there is only one class of people, namely the workers. In theory, everyone receives the same treatment. The new Piccolo on Whistler lift
The new Piccolo on Whistler lift No? I do not need an excuse to book a winter ski trip to Whistler, after all, has the highest vertical drop in North America, the largest ski area, the majority of off-piste terrain and the best spas and restaurants. However, if not a necessity, the proclamation of the new lift on Whistler Mountain Little may fit the bill. The Piccolo Express Lift will run to the Piccolo peak from the bottom of Flute Bowl and will be opened more than 1,000 hectares of the most spectacular mountain terrain available in North America. This is an area that has historically been available only for the hard-ski mountaineers, as each meter vertical drop in this legendary ship was to be paid with half minutes of hard climbing. And because this lift is 2112 meters long with a vertical height of 509 meters above sea level? well, you can do the math. Flute Bowl will become a walk-in, ski out small bowl with the elevation. The new surface is a mix of open bowls, deep snow and sub-alpine glade terrain. It is aimed at intermediate and advanced skiers, as they have been dealt with through the trees and open spaces organized. The way back to Whistler Creekside Village and Guiso bued through the path to the bottom of Harmony Express. It is expected to provide significant relief to the common queue in harmony. Plans for the construction should be completed in 2006 and for the lift, which is one of four high-speed, to be ready in November. Local hope to raise the small extending the preference for Whistler Blackcomb Mountains by more experienced skiers. So if you do not need that excuse? Ho.
India, the land of another planet
India, the land of another planet I am firmly convinced the country of India was transplanted from another planet. You will find no other place like in this world. India India is a country where you see everything you can imagine. Even more important is that everything you see will be intense. You will not see a beggar, you will see millions of them. You can see a beautiful beach, you will see the most beautiful beaches in the world. Places of wealth are so over the top is? Ll be stunned. The slums of the poor, on the other hand, there will be back on your heals. India is a place you can visit and leave completely impressed and disgusted at the same time. If your idea of traveling is sitting in an elegant hotel, India has such places, but you? Ll not be able to avoid the areas less attractive. If you prefer to go out and take in a culture that is totally foreign to their own, there will never be a better place than India. India is really a number of countries into a political border. The south of India is very different from the north. The same applies to the east and west. If not? T as the place in you? Back in always so easy on a train for a day or two, and you? Ll be in a world completely different. One of the biggest complaints from passengers on India is poverty. In truth, it's bad. There is simply no way around the fact. No matter what you've seen where I went before, nothing to do with poverty in India. The slums are large cities, and the conditions are less than ideal. On behalf of a first step, I suggest you read the book? Shantaram ', By Gregory David Roberts. Roberts, who lives in a shanty town, while for the year on the run from the law. The book is huge and gives you a different perspective on the situation of poverty. Regardless, you will have problems to deal with poverty in India. It can ruin your trip if you? Re not careful. If you? Re considering a visit to India, you must accept the fact that life is different, and it has to deal with before you go. In truth, India is an incredibly fascinating land of beauty, impressive facilities and incredibly funny people.

Israel pressures of life
Israel pressures of life This is a characteristic generation of Israelis today, one of the best in the world. Asian features are combined with the physiques produce big, strong young men and women, which in tu is a hundred head every time you walk down the street. But what is most noteworthy is the melting pot of traditions, this marriage is ethnicity. Although technically all of the same ancestral origin, the life of the Jews of scraping a few carrots from the frozen soil of Poland has been a significant impact on the search for life in a crowded market in Baghdad. Every family has its own language of the country where you live with the kitchen, traditions and mentality of the place to be. Israelis of Polish descent have the reputation remains deeply materialistic and from North Africa were the unpredictability and Arabic bigheartedness host. After more than fifty years after the birth of the state, many of these differences are reduced to finding a national identity. The younger generations have little time for the past suspect that among the Jews of European and Arab origin and prefer to be self-Israel, above all else. But what is an Israeli? Initially all had their own ideas of what should be. The religion has seen the retu of the chosen people to their homeland as a prophecy fulfilled, and I hope that the synagogue may soon with religious Jews. Others have simply seen as a place in Israel to escape and run with their lives as before, but this time in more prosperous circumstances. The same can be said for the 1 million Russian immigrants, the population grew by 20%. But if what I said John Lennon, it is true, then "Life is what happens to you while you are occupied by other plans" and, perhaps, we are so much influenced by our environment through our decisions. And I think that this is the case with the Israelis, most of their lives to fight for their right to exist. But their daily struggles are not with the Arabs and Palestinians, but also with each other. And this is the first indication for the understanding of their national identity. Instead of a Semitic people, their lives a hell, the Israelis seem intent on making life as taxing for the other as possible. Whether in business, family or friends, the Israelis thrive on stress and always push for an additional inch. It 'almost as if it were a sort of national decision-making, all in the fight against fitness. The typical image of a Jewish mother is not only a myth and the whole family of power every last oz emotional blackmail to push their children to success. Many times I have some good young man in jeans, t-shirt and shades, hanging on the street coer looking cool, until he answers his phone - furrows his forehead, his eyes to heaven, and to gather within twenty seconds of listening to the rant of complaints from the other end of the line, throwing one in the sky and shouts: "Mother!" Of course this is only with impatience comes from a heart of love, but is part of an Israeli education if wants to be heard he must scream. And not only at home - an Israeli friend of mine I have described their first day of school, when left for Israel, as a child. "There were thirty of us in class, and we were all very proud of our first days. Teachers came twenty-five and biscuits on the table. He then invited us all to come and a. Me and a few other kids do not have enough pressure to the table in time to watch and everyone else enjoy their biscuits. "" You see? "the teacher said, 'If you do not fight for what you want in this life, then you end up with zero! "These results in the workplace and business. Israeli employers have not understood the fact that workers deserve to be paid by the time you have worked. A friend of mine waited two months to pay for a weekend that she's a waitress in a café. "Every time I say my boss has asked me for some reason or made, that the battery on his phone is dead. Finally, I went in his office with a hammer in his hand. "O pay me now," I said, "Or I'm gong to break every window in this space!" He gave me this very disappointed and told me that he has to pay me the pocket own - as I could care less! But I have my money. "So this is perhaps the first part of the understanding of the people: the Israelis are people who have opted for what they are. And boy, can fight.

Malta Holidays and First Choice does not
Malta Holidays and First Choice does not Holidays in Malta could be the list of destinations offered by major tour operators from next summer, according to press reports. Although nothing is confirmed yet, it is reported that at least one of the tour operators is seriously consider the withdrawal of Malta as one of their destinations, and the fear among the owners of hotels and Malta holiday is that, once the industry company pulls plug on holiday on the island, others will follow, relegating Malta from a main holiday island offered by major travel agents for small specialized companies. However, First Choice Holidays, winner of the 'Holiday Company of the Year' awards for travel in 2002, 2003 and 2004 and one of the most popular holiday companies in the United Kingdom said a tourist guide of Malta, which despite being called press in Malta as the company most likely to do so have never said that they were pulling the market malta holiday, but admitted that the Malta market was "increasingly difficult" for sale. Malta has been for several years struggling to adapt to the mode traveler, but the govement released figures for March showed a decline from year to year, the tourists for almost 10 percent, and most disturbing of all is that the number Visitors arriving from the United Kingdom, Malta's main market fell by more than 13 per cent, and visitors from Italy, a market of tourism has tried to cultivate also fell. Holidays in Malta and the tourism industry is an important source of jobs in Malta, and with unemployment over 8 percent of all tourists in the fall could lead to long-term damage to the economy of the island . Another area of economic activity might suffer Malta holidays with the real estate market. Property in Malta has increased in price in recent years, and the implementation of Malta in 2004 has seen the biggest increase among the EU countries, with speculators buying property in Malta, in the hope that Malta joins the EU will translate into real estate an increase in value in the short to medium term. Owned gallery, which specialize in Malta Real Estate, see the potential for the holidays in Malta, as a double-edged sword. Director Michael Johnson said that many buyers to Malta after having visited the island on vacation and liked so much that want to move to the island full time, while others tend to stay in a hotel in Malta want to buy a property that may be to buy and his family on holiday in Malta, and see buying a property in Malta as an investment for the future that they can enjoy too. With fewer people on holiday in Malta, the number of potential buyers fall too. While Silver Lining Malta hotels and the tourism industry in Malta wait anxiously for news, the withdrawal of major players on the island may not be all bad news. There has been some discontent on the rise in prices of goods in Malta, and with less overseas buyers the possibility of lower prices of the islanders and more power to obtain the property ladder may be good news. In addition to reducing property prices, YourMalta feel that projections of a drop in holiday island of the market if the tour operator that can be withdrawn exaggerated. "While the loss of tourism operators and tourists to the island is important, in time the island will be less dependent on its business as more and more people independent travel plans online, and book your flights and hotels in Malta, apart from the traditional holiday companies. Malta tends to attract older tourists, so that may take more than a place like Ibiza, for example, attract younger visitors, as a group, are more favorable to the Inteet, "says director Roger Munns' but when The Inteet is seen as the main source of booking a holiday in the entire age group, both in Malta is no chance of attracting tourists. It 'been for some time speculated that the low-cost airlines will start offering flights to Malta, and this will help the Malta hotels and holiday market as more people consider three and four days instead of skipping the traditional week or fifteen days, to promote the total number of visitors, especially if Air Malta and the low cost airlines the cost of flights from Malta to the levels recorded for the Spanish islands. With an ineffective promotions board there is still much hope for the holiday market in Malta, and not because, in spite of the Malta Tourism Authority, having failed to promote Malta in the UK in any significant way. Interlaken, Switzerland St. Moritz, Zurich and Geneva
Interlaken, Switzerland St. Moritz, Zurich and Geneva Switzerland is the land of skiing, chocolate and very private banking. Ah, but there is a lot more experience in the land of neutrality. Interlaken Interlaken was named most creative of the meeting at the division of land between the two lakes. If you? Looking for some extreme sports, this is your place. You can backpack, horseback riding, and so on point. To really take in the majesty of the Alps, I recommend you to cough the money to go to a parachute. It could have gone skiing before diving, but I guarantee you nothing compares to free fall through the mountains of Switzerland. This is how God must feel looking down on earth. While the vision of God is free, you must pay? Much. However, the opinion and experience is something you will never forget. Zurich Zurich is the cleanest city in Switzerland, Europe and perhaps the world. There are simply shines. Several guides to challenge readers to find a barrel cigarette or a piece of garbage in the streets sparkling. Personally, I think the cleaning of the city, a little 'negative. Stop rolling your eyes. The place is so clean that it seems a real lack of character. It always maintains the feeling you're walking around a park Disneyland. Budget travelers should be aware of the fact that Zurich is more expensive than Disneyland. St. Moritz If you? Looking for the arrogant rich, the top luxury and incredibly expensive prices, St. Moritz is for you. Not really my people, so that the next town? Geneva Geneva is not it? Other? clean city in Switzerland. Well, it seems that the first and second glance, but the third point of view can be a pleasure. Switzerland often seems' too good to be true. Perhaps it is really a mirage of mountains. Guess you? Ll just go to do your research!
Siberia, Russia Part 9 Chita
Siberia, Russia Part 9 Chita After the decision to intervene in Siberia for a year to teach at the Technical University Chita State, I began a jouey odyssey unlike any other. In diesem Eintrag, holen wir die letzte Etappe der Sieben-Tage-Reise dorthin zu gelangen. Siberia, as a train in preparation for my trip, I had done the preparation. As a common man, so that most of you female readers will find hard to believe, but I swear that was the case. Yes, I had on books, movies to rent, and so forth. I was with the tundra, forests and the perma-frost in Siberia. And I wanted at all during the three days by train to Siberia. On the contrary! Apparently, the wild wild Siberia are somewhat 'more north of the Trans-Siberian Railway runs. During our trip we did not see the forest, not the mountains, and virtually nothing. It 'was like a slow train in Kansas. It was not easy? T more than anything to see. I wish I could say otherwise. End of the road, as I went to bed the evening of the sixth day of the trip, I was to develop a firm belief that I have never Chita. Instead, it was clear that some kind of bizarre reality TV series based on traveler driven slowly mad. Amazing Race? Give me a break. As for the oh so many things that I was wrong. Day Seven scope scratch. Especially if they are supported by the Russian woman in our car. As I tued from my bed, I realized that he spoke loudly and displays more than a little '. The train was slowing down, but I could? T much out the window because we are among the trees, and there was too much Sunday. Once awake Grae Whack with laughter and, finally recognized that I say? Chita?. We were there. After three flights, a nasty customs officers, a few embarrassing moments, like so many crackers and a total of seven days, we had actually arrived. At 5:30 in the moing. Jump out of bed, every one of us stuffed our things in our pockets. Staggered into the hall. Realized there is absolutely needed showers. And stepped off the train in Chita. Siberia. Russia.
A stay in Old San Juan in Puerto Rico
A stay in Old San Juan in Puerto Rico One of the most used departure ports for cruise ships in the Caribbean is the San Juan in Puerto Rico. We decided to arrive a day earlier in San Juan, to see some places before our cruise departure. San Juan, known as the "walled city" (the city) was founded in 1521 and is the oldest city in the United States flag low. During the 16th century, the Spaniards used as a starting point for expeditions to the New World. Fortifications of Old San Juan from the city rejected numerous attacks by English and Dutch during those years. Today, Old San Juan is a seven square block commercial and residential area with cobblestone streets. The cruise terminal is located near the southe part of Old San Juan, so instead of booking a hotel on the beach of San Juan, we decided to restrict the right of the old section near the terminal, and places local interest. The U.S. $ 17 by taxi from the airport of San Juan and Old San Juan was about half an hour. During the race, I was impressed by the manner in which the city developed in comparison to many other cities I've visited in the Caribbean. Beach high-rise hotels along the north side of San Juan were visible from the street. Our stay was the night in Hotel Milan is situated right on Calle Fortaleza, which is one of the main streets in Old San Juan. The hotel was clean and comfortable but not luxurious which was fine with us as the price is very affordable. Their quality is probably comparable to a Travelodge or Days Inn. A pleasant surprise was the complimentary continental breakfast in the restaurant of 'hotel roof. It has a nice view of the area around the top. We spent the night and day to walk the many alleys and cobblestone streets in the area. There are over 400 restored colonial buildings from the 16th century and 17th Here. There were also several plaza squares and parks. One of the best services offered in Old San Juan is a free shuttle service that includes two different routes through the district. There was a bus stop about 1 / 2 block from our hotel which was very convenient. Ride the shuttle via two bus lines has given us a good overview of Old San Juan. We were able to stop at various points of interest including the great fortress of El Morro. After the visit to each attraction, only had to wait for the next bus to come and continue our jouey. During the night, we did walk away, while many are lost in the street because they look very similar. But with our map, we found our way back to the street where the Hotel Milano. We decided to dine in a restaurant close to the authentic cuisine of Puerto Rico and was not disappointed. I especially loved the lady who ordered two bananas. When it was time to go to the cruise terminal, which had only a short five minutes from our hotel. Our short stay in Old San Juan was definitely useful and without problems. A stay in Old San Juan, is highly recommended for those who are going to take a Caribbean cruise with San Juan as the starting point. The only disappointment I had with San Juan was that I hoped to diving in the area, but I read the reports, the waters of the city is dark enough to see with limited marine life. This is probably the result of San Juan as a port. Decent dive sites is 2 hours east of San Juan. Then, perhaps, a retu trip to Puerto Rico is a jouey to the east of 'island.
