Christmas in Peru The celebration of Christmas in Cusco as the city with colorful lights and garlands. These can be seen everywhere, from the balconies of the Monumental mountain to the streets around the main square, and donate to the city with a warm atmosphere. Although the fair started as a Christmas market, over the years, expanded to include other products such as antiques, silver, ceramics and objects brought from Pucara and quinua. At night, street vendors selling traditional cake, punch and hot rum punch called a cold-hot visitors. In order to provide both customers and craftsmen, the fair has been divided into sectors, each of which aggregates a specialty product. Among these you can find decorative ceramics, wood and bark crafts, miniatures, and filigree, silver, stone handicrafts, stone sculptures, paintings of the Cusco School, and Manuelitos children.
