South Costa Blanca Spain Fly into the inteational airport of Alicante is the heart of the Costa Blanca holiday region. In the south, the coastal plain is relatively flat, with long sandy beaches, many of them blue flags, ideal for your holidays Costa Blanca. The region of Murcia has many golf courses to choose from, La Manga is probably the best known, at the southemost point of the Costa Blanca coast, near the Mar Menor, an inland sea, famous for its healing properties. The coastal town of Torrevieja, with its port and the new port, is an ideal place for golfers to stay. Nearby are the golf resort of Villa Martin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas Ciudad Quesada. Many people from outside this area, both in love with her, and bought a house, either here or in a holiday home or an investment. In the south of Torrevieja is the rocky promontory of Cabo Roig, often referred to as the jewel of the South Costa Blanca, with its hidden coves and Blue Flag beaches.
